Project in Brief : There are in all 18 buildings; each having ground plus three upper floors. Per building there are 16 flats, four on each floor. In all there are 288 flats to be built. Out of 18 six buildings have already been constructed and handed over to the flat purchasers. Another six buildings will be handed over shortly and the construction of rest of the buildings is in progress.
The project comprise setting up of an entire colony including community centre, commercial complex, colony roadwork, street lighting, colony water supply and distribution system including three lakh litres capacity ground service reservoir, domestic and storm water drainage system etc
